Oh no! We’re sorry to hear either you or your guest can’t attend anymore? Naturally, as with most events, all tickets are non-refundable, although name changes are complimentary. Please contact our administration team on admin@isrtraining.com.au to change the name on your ticket.
Nope, we are doing everything in our power to reduce waste. Therefore, all registrations will be made digitally via our registration desk upon entry. All you need to bring is your confirmation email via a digital device and remember your name.

Registration will open at 8am and networking opportunities will be until 845am, when the main event doors open to the GA. (VIP & Full SWISH will enter the main event slightly earlier).

The event will run until 530pm

Please feel free to take photo’s & ‘short’ videos throughout and share wherever you like (@isrtraining #swishsummit2020). Naturally though, if you set up a movie studio like Spielberg at the back of the room and film from start to finish, we’re probably going to ask you to stop.

We list our confirmed speakers but cannot specify a schedule as they are finalised much closer to the day of the event, bearing in mind the demands of our speakers and their other commitments.
We never say never. Naturally, with Steve, Andrew & Dr.Glen being investors in ISR Training, they were confirmed early, but we never close the door on someone else that may add a tremendous amount of value to our audience and it would be fantastic to add a female speaker to our line up too.
No. We have selected this venue due to its proximity to cafes/restaurants and other eateries for your convenience though. Please feel free to bring snacks if you wish.
In order to guarantee prime position at the SWISH Summit, there are 2 ways. Firstly, we strongly recommend investing in The Full SWISH Package or at least, the VIP ticket, which we have reserved priority seating with the best views in the house as well as many other perks. Secondly, get there early. If you book General Admission seating, all seats still have a clear sight of the stage and speakers but get there early to be closer to the action. This will sell out!
Absolutely not. We’ve been to those events as well and are certainly not in the game of pushing people into something they don’t feel comfortable with and it’s not in our sales DNA. We use these events to offer great value to people that may not have heard of ISR or our SWISH sales methodology before and if you’d like to find out more about how we can help you, the host will explain our other services, without all the ‘run to the back of the room’ shenanigans.
Potentially, but it’s not guaranteed. All seating is unassigned, unless you’re in VIP or FULL SWISH, therefore, for the best chance at sitting together we suggest arriving early.

No. The only instance we would offer a refund is if we had to cancel the event for some reason. Simply a change of mind or non-availability isn’t grounds for a refund, however, you can change the name on the ticket to someone else with no fees applied.
